When I plug my iPhone 5 into my windows computer, it comes up as an iPhone camera and won't show up in iTunes. Can someone help me out? I want my music.

I have the same problem with my 5S. Yes, I have all the latest iTunes software and drivers and have tried resetting thep hone a couple of times as well as switching the usb port it's plugged into. Has anyone come up with a working solution to this problem? Thank you!!

first you have turn your iphone off and plug in to the itunes and while plugging in do press the home button until a message comes that 'IPHONE HAS BEEN DETECTED BY THE ITUNES"
You REALLY Don't want to do this, as it will force your phone into Recovery Mode, and, if it still isn't communicating, you will end up with an iBrick, worse off than when you started.
Not to mention that the post you responded to is 14 months old, and was already resolved long ago.
