I tried the voice over and now my phone will not unlock and I don't know how to get back to settinngs to fix it

Hello, I hope someone out there can help me. last night I was fooling around with my phone and i tried the voice over, now I can't get back in the passcde is not working and it's color is reversed. thank youfor your help. already tried to take the sim card out. no luck 😁
