Bump between IPad and IPhone

I have an IPnoe, that has been upgraded to OSI6 and an IPad that is still runing OSI5.

Now when I attempt to Bump contacts or photos I get a message that Apple requires you grant us location access before bumping photos. Please go to Setings and turn Bump's Location Service on

I have done that, I have removed the Bump app from my phone and reinstalled it and I still get this message.

When I send something from my IPad it will appear as having been receaved in the Bump app on my IPhone but will not show up in photos or contacts.

I have talked to Apple and gone over the Location Service function in Settings and they appear correct.

Bump worked until I upgraded to OSI6. Not saying that is the issue but that is the history.
