I opened my Passbook app today and found out two of my passbook cards dissapeared from the app and I didn't delete them. anyone has same problem?

Passbook uses iCloud. Any way it could have been deleted from another device? Otherwise, Passbook passes do not get deleted without you deleting them.
no. i did delete themselves and I don't use other idevices. I mean I do have my ipod touch 2gen but it doesn't have iOS6 installed, so it has no Passbook app. I can't believe nobody encocuntered this problem but me and ppl must think that I made this up but I am not. I happened to notice that apps inside my folder got dissapeared too without a reason. They are not moved but got uninstalled for no reason, I think iOS has a big bug that will uninstall apps itself for a unknown reason.
I doubt anyone here thinks you made this up. Stuff happens and sometimes there seems to e no reason for it. But a reset often fixes glitches of various kinds. So try resetting your device and see if the missing items return.
First thing to try is a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
You might also have signed out using the app that supports passbook. Use the original app and make sure you ae signed in.
