I'm the only one that has an account with Apple and no one uses my iPad, iPod or laptop. What I'm wondering is if the only way you can use the automatic updates is to update the app (or I should say purchase it), then what if this is a way to get more buyers? What if this was on purpose? Would explain why Apple has solved this problem.

The developers can't fix a problem, they say its iTunes, iTunes says talk to the developers. This happened with Practical Photoshop recently with supposedly free issues.

Whatever happened to great customer service? Because without customers were would Apple be?

I would like to know if any of you guys that are having this happen to them, if they have a refurbished device? My theory ( which could be wrong ) If you do maybe it wasn't fully wiped and so some how this app is connected to the device still.

Also, Does your iTunes show that you have an update for MotionX-GPS Drive too? If so, try delete the app from your iTunes and then sync your device with your iTunes and see if that will clear this up. If you do not see it in your iTunes, still try syncing it to see if that will help.
