3.4.1 no longer can play imported videos
All video clips could be played before upgrade, now only see the thumbnail first frame, but when click to play blank screen. Any suggestions.

Are you now running Mountain Lion? Sounds like you have a similar issue to what's described in this thread: Import video to Aperture library on Mountain Lion
