Since I updated iPhoto on my computer (version: Mac OS X 10.7.5), I am unable to open iPhoto. It crashes each time I try.
The same happens with Aperture ...
In consequence, I can't access my pictures :-(
What should I do?

I have no idea. There is a persistent problem with the permissions on your User Library:
Container object initialization failed: NSCocoaErrorDomain:513 You don’t have permission to save the file “Containers” in the folder “Bibliothèque”.
That's in every report.
That's not the same issue. You need to reinstall the OS.

Is it possible that I deleted an important file? One that is not deleted in the profile of my son?
See if you can do this with your problem library: make a temporary, backup copy of your library if you don't already have one (Control-click on the library and select Duplicate from the contextual menu) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select Option #1.
If you can bet the library opened to this wildow you may have a good chance of getting the permissions set correctly
