Beats Wireless out of sync with video

I have recently bough a pair of Beats by Dre wireless headphones.

They connect fine to my iPad, iPhone, Mac mini & MBP for music purposes.

My problem is with watching videos or films. The sound is out of lip sync with the video.

Is this an issue with Bluetooth headphones in general or is this specific to the Beats.

Does anyone else have this issue and if so do you have a fix.
