Apple screws Ipad 3 customers with iPad 4

Unlike you, I have a life. As a matter of fact, I have a great life. As with many posters lately, you have a problem with your spelling. That's something that I would expect from a bunch of 5 year old children in a kindergarten.

Ok had a call from apple Online yesterday regarding my issues of not having some way of email contact etc., in the UK.

So the person told me to go to the following URL www.apple.com/uk/feedback

This URL was not really want i needed but did set me thinking.

The URL has the ability to raise issues with products so i filed one in anyway.

Then tried the following URL www.apple.com/retail/feedback

Now this is what i need to complain directly to the retail outlet i bought it from.(and the one that told me i could exchange it then changed there mind)

Worldwide stores covered by that URL.

I know this doesn’t help those of you who have purchased from a reseller but does give contact with the store i think.

Shame apple don’t know their own URL's but it was a pointer in the right direction, i suspect that this phone call was because i sent a copy of the email i sent to watchdog@bbc.co.uk to the apple online email address.

Sorry for pervious typos in my posts, i see it upsets others, if i have offended anyone or hurt them in anyway i am sure they have their day with me in court room somewhere. Good luck.

Just sent this to watchdog uk myself, not that I expect anything to happen of course.

I bought an Apple Ipad 3 from Argos in the Uk in mid October and as you are probably aware Apple Uk are allowing consumers who purchased the Ipad 3 in October from their stores, to return it and get a credit note for the soon to come out Ipad 4 , I feel disgusted that authorised resellers such as Argos and PC World ain't offering the same service to customers who bought the now obsolete Ipad 3 ( as I did in the month of October 2012 ) , any chance you can look into this subject, im sure you may have already had a plethora of emails regarding this subject.

Yes, of course it does. To be taken seriously, it is necessary to articulate at an elevated level, something you've failed to do.

Age is no excuse for carelessness, or lack of achievement. You are correct, though. Most of the people complaining have a similar dysfunction.

Well i guess we can asume by now apple is not going to respond..Sad really as theyre fan base has now considerably shrunk in favour of the competitors..This is the new dont give a toss apple of the future, obviously the power and their pathetic law suits are theyre main priority now not us the customer...Further more I know now why they dropped ipad 3rd gen for ipad 2 .The ipad mini is a ipad 2 internaly so its beneficial & less hassle for them to keep the ipad 2 going and support the 2 together rather than all 4.So looks like ipad 2 will be supported for a lot longer than our 3rd gen ipads..Its going to be a long winding and very bumpy road ahead for us ipad 3rd gen owners..Time to sell boys & gals and me i will get the Google nexus 10 as that now has the best offerings .For the record OFFICIALY samsung/google now have the best pixel density display in the world..Apple have just lost that crown..My appletizer has been dumped big time as it went SOUR!!!!......

No mate not a dicky bird.I think its plain to see the power has gone to their heads and no longer care..Theyre still to busy counting the money they screwed out of us suckers..
