I am looking into getting some sort of mobile device that has internet capabilities. I don't want the iPhone because I don't need talking or texting, nor do I want the iPod touch because it can only use wifi. So I was wondering if the iPad mini would fit in my pocket like an iPod touch, yet be able to access the internet everywhere like the iPhone.

I suppose it depends on the size of your pockets. The iPad Mini is significantly larger than the Touch (which is about the same size as the iPhone).

It'll fit nicely in your suit pocket.
Get the measurements of the ipad mini. Then get a hard piece of cardboard, maybe double it, and try it in your pockets. Just be sure it doesn't bend because the mini won't. That'll give you a good idea.

Well I if I didn't need the internet right away could I just use wi-fi until I needed the cellular service? I want the option of cellular serive but not necesarily right away.
