What does "Safari: noop" in the console mean?

I am getting a repeating console message under disgnostic and usage messages:

Safari: noop

Does anyone know what this is?

NOP and noop are synonymous. The statement that "noop does nothing at all", is true and quite misleading. If it does nothing at all, what is it's purpose you might wonder. It may have a perfectly legit reason for running. Use your favorite search engine to search "nop sled is and how it is used in buffer overflow".

Not saying there isn't a valid reason for it on your system.

I'm just saying...
