I just purchase the new ipad 10 days at istudio inThailand before apple release ipad with ratina display, and my ipad price is drop. Have any policy from apple to improve Customer Sastifaction?

I have contact iStudio. They said that there is no policy from apple thailand and they are dealer.

I'm very disappoint about apple.

Contact apple customer relations they help a lot tell them that you are extremely annoyed and plus there is still 4 days left for you to refund the ipad and buy it again when he new one comes out

That's the problem when you buy from the retailer, and not from Apple stores. Many countries in Asia suffer from the same problem.
