No Java Preferences in Mountain Lion

I recently bought a 15inch Retina Display Macbook Pro with mountain lion on it.

I installed Java 7, but now I need to open a program with Java 6. Java Prefrences is nowhere to be found, otherwise I would know exactly how to fix it. Is there somewhere i can download Java Preferences? Or is there another way to switch between Java 7 and Java 6?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
