When is iTunes 11 coming out?

I don't think that's the case . Apple can afford if not already hiring the best programmers in the world, I imagine if Tim cook stepped into the apple's building and said I want the new itunes at my desk by tomorrow or every one on the project is fired he'll actually get it and probably it'll be even better than the one they'll get at the end of november (people just deliver their best work when they're under pressure it's a proven fact ). from where I see it as a devoted apple's admirer is that Apple is getting SLOPPY

I apprecaite where you're coming from but unfortunately we can't validate any of the points you are making. There may be some truth to releasing product under tight deadlines/pressure. Regardless, we simply have to remain patient.

Are there issues with your current version of iTunes that need resolution?

Oh, is it? Crossfade still not working properly; 30 sec. reaction time of play/pause button; 2 minutes time to add 7 songs to library; 1 minute idle time when clicking to edit a tag field... Must be a pretty new definition of "fine" you're using. 😉

I'm hoping that the new iTunes will resolve issues with iTunes Match (& iCloud). I subscribed when I got my 15" MBP in July and it's still trying to upload my library to iCloud. 2500 songs is a lot, but at this rate I should have my library fully in iCloud by 2014.

Umm mate if your havin issues like that maybe you should start cleaning your computer you probably have a ton of stuff that is causing itunes to act like that i have been using itunes since itunes 6 and me and my family, friends have never had any issues like that lol

I'm getting so bored with people stating that iTunes' lagging behaviour has to do with the machine it's running on. iTunes nowadays is dead bloated. If you're using it as intended - managing your whole music collection, which may be 100k+ tracks if you've been seriously collecting for about 30 years - iTunes simply can't handle it anymore. Good for you if it copes with your 300 songs, but please don't tell people that they don't know what they're doing when they do...

Seems liek iTunes comes out every other month. I'm all good on a new one.

I have over 50K tracks in iTunes.

PS, worked just as well when I ran the same config but with only 4GB of RAM. Safari gained the most from the new RAM footprint (suffering from tab bloat)

Hi , I read on cnet news , they promissed for the release if v.11 b4 the end of the month , there r 5 days left , i wish they will release it b4 the end of this month , or nobody will trust them anymore at all , bcoz they said it will be out in oct. (in the end of it) , let's wait & see !!
