iOS 6.0.1 WiFi Still Greyed Out

My iPhone's WiFi was working great on iOS 6 when it first came out, no problems whatsoever, until last week it failed over night without me knowing. The WiFi option was still available but unable to connect to my home network and when I rebooted the phone, the WiFI was greyed out. It has not been working since.

I waited for iOS 6.0.1 to come out as I understood that this was supposed to fix the problem many users with iOS 6 have been facing with WiFi connections, but this has not worked. I do not understand why it has failed. I bought this 4S in February and have never dropped it and it has always been in a case. The WiFi was working great before I went to bed and the next morning it was no longer working.

I have reseted the network settings, restored the phone and even tried using the phone as new and this has still not fixed the problem.

do something about the greyed wifi apple. samsung are booooooming in the market and you cant answer or reply to us on this......

updated to 6.1 today in the hope greyed out wifi would be fixed, alas no ... What now?

So, today after doing nothing, the WiFi magically worked. The same way as it got disabled, it got enabled. I sincerely don't know what has happened. And this still before updating to iOS 6.1. Before updating I made a last minute check to see if iOS 6.0.1 had any last words. It did. So, now, im waiting to update. Let's hope it keeps it this way.

Ok, I used to be a happy man. But it lasted just for a day. WiFi returned to be greyed out, and I can't update to iOS 6.1 I am really getting dissatisfied with Apple. They completely betrayed me. Their brand loyalty will be found damaged after this.

This issue started for me after upgrading to 6.1, so I'm not sure that is going to fix the problem either. The only way I've been able to get WIFI working again is doing a full reset ("Reset All Settings") which is a real pain.

I have the same issue, bought in november`12 at Apple Store on Florida Mall and give to my wife in Brazil and i don`t know what to do... I tried everything i read in internet, wifi works for a short time and than greyed out... Apple died with Steve Jobs, unfortunately.

I can`t wait to change to Samsung... Apple is a crap today.

I am starting hate the iPhone the updates suck and the fix one thing but mess up another.... I got mad cause of the wifi and how I couldn't get service today I tried it all I gave up and just threw my 4s against the wall seems like that's the only good iPhone are for is to make holes in your wall....

PS the phone didn't even break >.< lol

Superb. I have the same problem, which wasn`t solved by update to 6.1.1.

Hey Apple: What are you thinking to solve this issue? Are you willing to pay me back my increasing carrier costs?
