Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hi,
I received this error whilst updating via The App Store. The update relates to Safari 6.0.2. I click on the update button, it starts but then stops very suddenly and displays the error above.
I have a MacBook Pro Retina Display running Mountain Lion 10.8.2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - this is my first post :/

Looks like it's a wide-spread issue, people are reporting it from all over Europe...
I guess all we can do is wait for Apple to get their act together...
My guess is that this happens any time Apple's update servers are overloaded. We're seeing it today (9/18) because everyone's trying to download iOS7 (along with iTunes 11 and any other dependencies).
How a company worth $500 billion can't manage to keep their update servers going on launch day is another question.
I've got the same problem/error and I am also from Europe (Romania).
About 70 % of planet Earth is trying to download the same thing at the same time.
Don’t forget that it is not ONLY Ipad update, .....but also Iphone update too today ....and new Itunes too 😍
