Lock Screen not displaying upcoming Calendar Appts or Reminders (since iOS 6.0.1)

I have an iPhone 5 (White, 64GB) that arrived with iOS 6 installed. I did not restore from a backup and set it up as a brand new device (so not to carry over anything from a previous version of iOS). After getting the prompt the other day I upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 and it installed successfully.

Today I noticed that my upcoming appointments and reminders (in the next 24hrs of course) were not appearing on the lock screen. However, they do show up in Notification Centre. I made sure that all of my settings are correct in Settings>Notifications>Calendar as well as Settings>Notifications>Reminders... still nothing is showing up on the Lock Screen... they only appear on Notification Centre.

This is not how the lock screen on iOS has ever functioned.

I've now tried toggling all of the settings for the lock screen of both apps, soft and hard resets of the phone, toggling iCloud sync, etc. I have even placed a call to Apple and they're having the engineering dept. look in to it further.

This is also happening on my iPad (3rd gen wifi) running iOS 6.0.1 so it's not just a bug related to my iPhone 5.

Is anyone else having this problem??

Very interesting. My upcoming events (e.g. calendar, reminders) won't even show up in notification center. Normally they would have shown up there 24 hours before. Since 6.0.1 they don't unless I edit them.

I have exactly the same problem. When I bought my iphone 4S, it showed the next events in the lock screen. At some time it didnt anymore - even with the latest ios 5.

Now I upgraded to ios 6 and it still does not work...

My new iPod 5th gen. will show notifications unlocked but not in locked mode. It does give alert sounds but no messages. Tried everything! Had no problems with old iPod with ios6 update. Also my do not disturb mode disturbs ! Help!

I have the same problem on my iPhone 5 running ios 6.0.2. My calender alerts sometimes do not alert when the phone is locked (no sound or visual alert). I sometimes get a 1/10 of a second vibration which I can't feel and can barely hear. Sometimes all that happens is the screen will illuminate, but doesn't show the calendar alert. This just started happening. It did not do this when I first got it and I've only had it for about 1 week. I have not done any software updates. I am baffled because it only happens about 50% of the time.

I have an iphone 4 running ios 6.0.1 and it works fine with the exact same settings.

I'll keep testing and searching it and let you guys know if I find anything.
