Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will reply to your posts are your fellow users, and for Apple engineers to spot your post amongst the hundreds of new posts made every day is not highly likely. If you wish to provide feedback to Apple, use their feedback page:

or, if you wish support directly from Apple, call Apple technical support and at least register a case with them.
