Apple Support Communities - Part 1

Does anyone have an email address for the hosts of this forum.

A number of emails over recent weeks have not been responded to?

If you cannot even get that part right and jump to conclusions on other aspects without evidence then your contributions are of little value. The only thing in your favour is the fact you support my claims about using the same email address!

I thought you were referring to an edit by one of the hosts.

I did edit it to correct a misspelling.

No, I didn't support your claim I just assumed you were telling the truth.

Update.

Just to say that I now have an email from management at Apple Support Communities giving an unreserved apology, a personal email address to which I can correspond directly (if need be), and an added offer to help make me a satisfied participant! Thank you Apple.

Thanks also to those of you who tried to be helpful. As for the others, well, what can I say?

Finally, Apple Support Communities will get an emailed copy of the report I referred to in an earlier post, which, in time, should prove beneficial to everyone.
