New version 3.4.2 crashes consistently.

Just downloaded 3.4.2 - what a mistake. Should have heeded the prior comments on the App site. It crashes consistently. I even tried Option-Open and created a new (empty) library - still crashes. I'm on Lion 10.7.5 IMac 4Meg.

I need Aperture back and running - is there any way of restoring the old version? I am running Time Machine but apps dont seem to get backed up unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Aperture 3, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

If Facebook's still not working, could you try to update to Aperture 3.4.3 (released today) and see if that fixes the problem?

Yep, sorts the problem. Clearly states this is what 3.4.3 is fixing but not the cause which we clearly know. Basically added back my facebook plugin I'd temporarily moved to the desktop then upgraded via the app store. 3.4.3 now starts and the facebook plugin is clearly working again.
