I understand you perfectly.

There is no enable LTE option on the iPhone.

Either your carrier has and LTE network that is compatible with the iPhone and you are in an area covered by it, or not.

If you are in an area covered by LTE and the provider's network is compatible with the iPhone (meaning a compatible band for the model of iPhone) you have, then contact the provider to troubleshoot your account.

1)Why in AT&T device have function Enable LTE ? You can found this in Cellular Data Menu .

2)My carrier use LTE Band 5(1800Mhz) and use A1429 model which support Lte Band 5.

3)I told again if I Lte coverage area , my device and MSISDN find directly 3G network , because this preferred network . For making handover to LTE I need make any action .

Impossible because I use Model :A 1429 and this model support our carrier LTE band.

Also this LTE enable menu have only on AT&T carrier device , you want to say only AT&T can use LTE , this not correct dear- because most carrier can use LTE - but in other carrier doesnt have this Menu , I think this bug or missconfiguration !

In this doesnt have my carrier also doesnt have my country also in this list. But this is not important , because all this list carrier doesnt have menu with Enable LTE options , except AT&T. You dont thinks this abnormal ?

Also if my carrier provide same LTE band and Mhz which support my Iphone 5 why I can use LTE function ?

The model number doesn't mean anything. AT&T iPhone 5s are sold locked. You have to go through the unlock process to use it on another network. If the iPhone is not properly configured via the nanoSIM from your carrier, and the carrier settings, it will not show the LTE settings.

Did you know difference between Model A:1428 and A:1429 ?

This info give more information about device.

But my question still opening why Enable LTE function have only in AT&T carrier ?

Why ?

Maybe AT&T use especially Nanosim card ?

How can I know vendor of simcard AT&T carrier ?

Um... yes, actually, it IS important. Just because they may use the same frequency, does not make their LTE network compatible.

If you want to use the phone with a non-supported carrier, you'll have to take the issue up with them.

The carrier you are trying to use. Ask them why it doesn't work. Apple does NOT support your carrier or their network. They never said that the phone would be fully functional on their network. It's up to your carrier to provide you with assistance for connectivity problems with their network.

I work in same carrier ;-)

I need info from professional person , maybe need add some apn attribute or something else to use LTE.

Because our company use supported frequency and LTE band.

Maybe also this function working as Face Time - in newest OS update maybe Apple open this restriction.

That is why I need info from Apple person .

No, they sell CDMA and GSM in the US, with Sprint and Verizon being the CDMA and AT&T being the GSM. THEY DO NOT YET SELL AN UNLOCKED VERSION IN THE US. Canada does sell an unlocked version as well as the UK.

They also sell a GSM model in Europe for other carriers with different LTE carriers.

You do need APN attributes and carrier settings but Apple does not supply those your carrier does.

Can I assume then that this iPhone came with an AT&T nanoSIM already in it? If so it is a locked AT&T iphone unless you Restored it as a new iPhone and got the message in iTunes "Congratulations, your iPhone is now unlocked."

The reason you only see the Enable LTE with the AT&T is the other nanoSIM you are using, and the carrier settings, are not correct in order for the iPhone to activate LTE. You will have to manually enter the APN settings and the cell carrier needs to load the correct carrier settings.
