I want to buy an iPad but I'm really confused. I'll buy an AT&T one but I don't want to do the moth-to-month contract because I'll use it out of the USA. Will I have to pay more for an iPad without contract or I can pay the same price but don't buying the month-to-moth contract?

There's a problem...I live in Brazil and when I call to the Apple they don't know how to answer my questions about buying and iPad in the USA, so, forum is the only way I have to do my questions. Sorry for all the trouble I caused, I really confused everything, the intention wasn't trolling or anything else.
