IOS 6.0.1 No Service Issue

Did you try resetting the network settings?

To do that go to:

Settings

General

Reset

Reset Network Settings

I certainly did reset the network but it didn't help. I even reset the phone to factory defaults as suggested by an apple support agent but it didn't rectify the problem. The funny thing is that apple still denying the problem with all these complains from different customers all over the world!!! Why not admitting the problem officially and acting on it instead??! They certainly lost my respect and confidence in their products and I'll be the first to switch to Microsoft phone once its available in my area

What carrier do you have? Maybe calling them could help...make sure that your cellular data is on.

i actually did. They were contacted by many iphone users who updated the software and had the same problem i.e not able to use 3G connection and they cannot do any thing since the problem was created by Apple update

I`v got a 4s upgraded also to 6.0.1 and I can`t get any network.

I read all the other related post and threads and I tried all the restoring option possible and still nothing. I`m currently waiting for a new micro sim card and see if works. After that I will try to get it check.

P.s. I just finished Steve Jobs biografy and experiencing this now and reading all about it, I really feel bad for Steve Jobs, all the hard work put into building a benchmark in quality and inovation, is beign grounded with this amateur and disrespectfull attitude.

I`m waiting for a official statement to see what the people in charge will do.

Could'nt have said it better. Bang on point Ovulix. However, I really doubt the fact that Apple would come with a statement since this problem raised with the original iso 6 and nothing came up from them. BTW, I changed my SIM card but problem still there. Good luck with urs

Alm999, I heard that some ppl solved the issue, some, the bigger majority have not fixed it with replacing the sim. If I can`t fix it soon, I will sell it, hopefully somebody will buy it. Although it will be a hustle, I don`t know....

This issue creates also really bad kharma, besides the obvious personal and business related problem, for us the users.
