I have two computers authorized but my iPad synced to only one. I had to download some movies on to the non-synced computer due to connectivity issues. That computer now won't let me add the TV shows to the iPad. Does anyone know how I can get those transfer without fully syncing the iPad and losing the other stuff I already have on there?

The iPad is not designed to sync with multiple computers. If you select the Manually Manage Music and Videos in iTunes, you might be able to drag the TV shows onto the iPad. Read this for more information on how to do that.
