Question on Sync iPad

I have two computers authorized but my iPad synced to only one. I had to download some movies on to the non-synced computer due to connectivity issues. That computer now won't let me add the TV shows to the iPad. Does anyone know how I can get those transfer without fully syncing the iPad and losing the other stuff I already have on there?
