Does the RAM gets partitioned too with this install?

i.e if you have 4 GB of RAM, 2 is kept for windows and 2 for mac?

No. If you have 4GB of ram and you boot into Windows the 4GB gets used by Windows. If you boot into OSx the 4GB gets used by OSx.
