Experimental advice but, just in case, let's try resetting the Store cache. (It'll do no harm, and it can help in cases where the Store displays blank up the middle ... fingers crossed, it might have an impact for you, too.)

Go "Edit > Preferences". In the Advanced tab, click the "Reset cache" button shown in the following screenshot:

... and then click OK.

Restart your iTunes, and head back to the Store.

I am having the same issue, even after updating to ITunes 11 (which I hoped would solve the problem). Within iTunes, my libraries display fine, but when I go to the various front pages within the iTunes store (home, music, movies, etc.), the display flashes whenever I move the mouse and large blocks of the screen are garbled. Once I click through to a particular item in teh store (album, movie, etc.), the display is fine.

I have a Windows 7 computer with an ATI Radeon 5800 video card, and the drivers are up to date.

Anyone have any ideas?

I tried resetting my cache but to no avail. This is how Itunes looks for me. I tried reinstalling as well to no avail. Apple customer support has no response for me. Anyone else have any suggestions? Running with the latest drivers on my PC, using an I7 3.93 ghz, Nvidia card with 24gb of ram.

If you have a high-resolution monitor, it seems that iTunes 12.3.1 won't display the iTunes Store correctly. Workarounds may include reducing display resolution to 1920 x 1080 or less, reducing the size of the iTunes window or downgrading to iTunes 12.3.0. See also iTunes 12.3.1.23 breaks iTunes store
