How do I wipe everything off my iPad2 for resale?

I am interested in selling my iPad2 as I just upgraded to the new iPad4. How do I go about deleting everything off my iPad2 (Contacts, deauthoriztion of iTunes, etc) which is still under iOS 6.0?

Any help wuld ne appreciated....... TIA

Try using Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all content and settings on your iPad.

For a secure erase of all content and settings - everything except iOS and the included apps, do as Jim provided.

Or you can restore the iPad with iTunes on your computer as a new iPad or not from the backup. Don't sync the iPad with iTunes after doing so.
