Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

On my Nano 6th gen the music keeps stop playing.

This problem started when the latest firmware was installed, and I have seen that others have also experienced the same. This looks to me to be a big scandale, and Apple should take the full responsibility for it. This may become a very serious case for Apple.

I did actually phone customer service here in Norway some time ago, and they thought that my IPod needed to be repaired. But I would not believe that there could be anything wrong with it, because it was fairly new. Instead I tried to reinstall the previous firmware. I found it on the net, but didn't manage to install it. Can this be done, and in case how?
