Why can't I make any calls on facetime, the call drops after saying connecting.

Why can't I make any calls on facetime, the call drops after saying connecting for a few seconds. I'm using an iphone 5, 32 GB on IOS 6.0.1 over 3G network in Muscat, Oman. Just to be clear, I was able to make facetime call in Muscat about a week ago.

Sad to say, I don't think apple provides support as it used to do. So we are left hanging after spending so much money on products that don't deliver the features they promise. I'm very seriously considering moving to a Samsung note II, at least it's cheaper and a much, much more flexible devise, reviews too say much good about it. Seemingly, I've seen someone using gtalk freely on one a few days back.

Best wishes to apple on doing a splendid job at losing loyal customers, I alone had 7 different apple products!

If you have this problem (facetime dropping calls). Just go to settings, then general, and scroll it down to reset. Once on the reset, tap on reset all settings, it will ask your code. After you do this close out your iphone by pressing the main button on top of your iphone. I tried everything and this procedure works with me. Let me know if it works with you all. 😉
