Need to add my documents to favorites on my sidebar.

I accidentally removed my downloads from favorites on my sidebar in Finder when I was removing the documents stack from my dock. How do I add my downloads back to favorites on my sidebar?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Hold the Command Key and drag the Downloads folder to the Sidebar

I can find the individual items I have downloaded within my documents, but where do I find the downloads folder? I don't see that either.

The Downloads Folder is in your User/Home Folder
