"Please contact I tunes support to complete this transaction" I keep getting this message when I make a purchase from a poker app, despite making a purchase from same site 24 hours ago, I even changed credit cards, still able to buy music
I keep getting message " please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction", very frustrating it worked 24 hours ago from the same app. I changed credit cards, re typed in the security code for the credit card. Ironically was able to purchase music within I tunes as a test, then kept trying to purchase again and would not work from an app. Not sure what to do, about to give up. If anyone could help or direct me t some further support areas it would be appreciated, thank you
