I was charged AUD$94.99 for an in-app purchase and I am the only one have the password, my kids donot have(Only 4years old and 2). How can I claim back? And the worst thing is I cannot find anywhere to claim in apple.com

same thing happened to me. I was shocked to see the $49.99 in app which I didn't purchased. I think my 3 year old niece accidentally clicked the buy button but I'm skeptical as why my password was not asked before finalizing the transaction. I emailed the support team no response as of now. There's not in a million years that i would be needing that add in. T_T

You've turned off in-app purchases on all of your iOS devices and you've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If you can't see where they are coming from then you can contact iTunes support via this page and ask if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
