i have just bought the new mac mini, and i want to install windows 8 pro on it, i have an disc with the windws software and a external dvd drive.
im confused over all them who tells about it, beacuse they either download or have windows 7 already installed, i have non of them, so can anybody help me for a newbee?

Windows 8 is not supported by Bootcamp.
Because of this the best way to install Windows 8 is to use a virtual machine like Paralells or Fusion.
You need the system builder version of Windows 8 not the upgrade version since you are not upgrading from a previous version of Windows.
I just updated my win7 which was running in bootcamp works fine
in terms of virtual machines then it works in oracle's free virtualBox and in the Latests free wmware player
These apps paralells and fusion and virtualbox, are they in Mac App Store? And when I have the app installed what then, now it ain't only bootcamp what shall I do now to install windows 8?

Parallels, Fusion, and VirtualBox are available from their respective sites. Read their installation instructions which explain how to install Windows.
Now I have seen all these apps, but they cost money, aren't there any that is free?

Oh sorry didn't see that Csound1, but what I have seen is that they download windows 8 demo, I want to buy windows 8 pro as a disc in the stores, can i transfer the disc files so it will be the same procedure as if it was downloaded from safari or shall i keep the disc in my mac forever?
I'm sorry for asking so many questions but I don't know any thing about windows on mac.
Buy Win8 as a download, you can install the iso directly in Virtual Box and keep a bacup copy burned to DVD if you choose.
I cant buy it as a download because My parents will not allow it, sorry.

I don't really understand what your problem is?
How can I use the disc? Can I just transfer the files, or can I open the program and choose it to take the files from the disc, and or do I need to have the disc in my mac every time after then?
