i have just bought the new mac mini, and i want to install windows 8 pro on it, i have an disc with the windws software and a external dvd drive.

im confused over all them who tells about it, beacuse they either download or have windows 7 already installed, i have non of them, so can anybody help me for a newbee?

After Windows is installed in VirtualBox you can remove the disc, it is not needed unless you have to reinstall.

Parallels, Fusion, and VirtualBox are available from their respective sites. Read their installation instructions which explain how to install Windows.

Clean your glasses, VirtualBox is free.
