Brand new Mac Mini is giving the erron when ever I try to update iPhoto using the Apps Store software updater (the only thing that needs updating)

My options are retry and cancel, I have restarted the Mac a few times and my Apple ID is correct
Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
Has anyone contacted Apple to let them know the error? I think we are only a few with this error :S
The same problem here. Also on AppStore. It looks like general problem at Apple...
As silly as it sounds, and as others have posted, it eventually actually works if you keep clicking on RETRY. I had to click on it about 15 times. This is embarassing Apple.
First I log out from app store an itunes, then sign in again.. In the app store I just click retry like 20 times and it works, don't know why.
I had two updates on my Macbook, and pressed 20+ times on the retry button... and yey... the first one installed, but not the second. I have now pressed aprox 30 times without luck on the second update and are giving up...
After approx 60 attempts on my iPhone and iPad, I finally gave up...
I'm having this problem on my iPad. I tried to update one of my apps and got the MZCommerce.JmsSendError_Message error. I don't even have a way I can call them and get help. I am about ready to throw the <insert expletive here> thing at this point, but then they would tell me that it is damaged and would refuse to help. <sigh>
Can you tell I am frustrated?

Try to log with your "@icloud.com" mail address.

Hmmm... I´ve had the problem from the beginning of this thread, but when trying today everything worked just fine.
