Will the apple store replace my iphone 4s with baseband problems after ios 6 but with a red colored home button?

Everytime i try to restore my device i get unknown error minus 1, i didnt have a JB but i happened to be the few that got the baseband error, i also have a replaced screen and home button, but will apple still replace my phone?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Your warranty is void if the phone is not in it's original condition.

Yes apple wont look at it. this isnt a user repairable device and by you or a third party that voids all warranties with apple
