my iMessage isn't working

Why is it that my ipad is working(never stopped), but my iphone randomly stopped earlier today? I've changed passwords, reset network settings, reset location and privacy only to keep getting the same imessage activation message. I am in Abu Dhabi and the time & Date is still loading to find me. My ipad is set for back home. Changed it to the right time zone and the same thing happens. THIS IS AGGRAVATING!!!!! When will the update get to this time zone!!!! It's 6 am here and this has been like this on my iphone since about 1 am... too long!!!!

After receving a new iphone (5) imessages were failing. I fixed thru general, settings, messages, send & receive. It was showing email addresses instead of the mobile number. Hope this helps ppl.

My iMessage hasn't been working for a day or two. Any ideas on how to fix it? I just tried the setting fix and that disnt work.
