Maybe a better option than putting this on Apple would be to try some basic troubleshooting steps first to resolve the issue. Or have they been tried already?

Had no wifi since iOS 7 installed , now onto ios7.4 and it came back temporarily for ten minutes then went again ,done a full back up , wiped phone as new , restored and bingo ! For ten minutes !

Booked appointment for Thursday at lakeside , hopefully they can resolve it for me

iPhone 4S seems to have most of the problems I think , let you know how I get on at the shop

I regret to tell that must to change the device. It a mother board problem. I tried to change the wifi antenna, but did not work.

This is the second 4s that occurs this problem.

The first was at warranty period and was changed.

This is out of period and Apple did not want to change.

So, the solution is to buy another or change the brand.
