Can't upgrade to OS X 10.8.2 on Macbook Pro 13" Retina (MD213)

I've bougth Macbook Pro 13" Retina(MD213) with Mac OS X 10.8.1 pre-installed,

when I launch Software Update from the top left conner with Apple icon, the App Store opens and there is 1 update: iPhoto, i tried to update it,

but got Error Message, that this update availible only for OS X 10.8.2. But i don't have option to upgrade to 10.8.2 in AppStore.

I tried to download 10.8.2 upgrade pkg from Apple Support, but got error when trying to install, than my system is not OK for this update.

Pls help!

This is outrageous. Same problem here. This has not been the greatest purchase experience thus far. Begining to think about going back to my MBA.

I've got to agree. This is a flagship product for Apple and for me not to be able to use aperture on a brand new machine is crazy. I've put my Retina 13 aside and am using my 3 year old 15 inch pro. It's pretty disapointing. If it's not fixed soon my computer will be returned before the 14 days are up.

I took it to the genius bar today. "Genius" said the rMBP/Mini update would be available by the weekend.

you should be able to update your software to 10.8.2. I've been checking it everyday since I heard about this issue and now the download is avaiable and it works. good luck my friends.
