I recently purchased HL-2280DW printer which has wireless communications available for device printing. Installed on PC running Windows 7 on 64 Bit machine. I am able to wirelessly print with PC, but my iPhone and iPad cannot find the printer? Error message reads "No AirPrint Printers Found"

That printer doesn't support Airprint. See here for a list of printers which support Airprint: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356
