what models will the lcd screen assemly fit in?

a friend of mine had an early 2011 macbook pro 13" ( http://support.apple.com/kb/SP619?viewlocale=en_US ) which he acideltny spilled a glas of cola on the keyboard, the HDD, RAM, superdrive, battery and the lcd assembly is still working, but the logic board isn't, my question is about the lcd assembly. it may be alot cheaper to buy a macbook with a cracked screen or something similar than buy a new logic board, keyboard, trackpad and all for that, but i cant fint any affordable macbooks of the same model with only a cracked screen.. so i wonderd is there any other models the lcd assembly will fit in? maybe in some 2009 or 2010 models giving that i found many of those models with the cracked screen. and if not will it fit in any newer models?

thanks for your help

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

well the thing is that he ant afford a new one, so we figured we could buy a second hand one,, still it was to expensive so again we figured that he could buy one with a broken screen ( i have ficed the lcd in other macbooks and macbook pros asweel as regular pcs so i know how its done... but because it is difficult to find a macbook pro 13" early 2011 with a broken screen either here in norway or on ebay that will ship to norway we thought tht some older models mught have the same or a very similar lcd assembly so we could just use the one we have as parts
