I'm using OS 10.6.8 and recently started having issues with tracking999 while using Firefox. Any advice as to how to get this removed (all solutions I've found don't seem to help with Mac OSX users).

Yes, I noticed that. I'm planing on uninstalling most of them because I don't even recognize what are they for. I have one more question, in order to uninstall them. Can I just send the plug-in to the trash from the "/Library/Internet Plug-Ins" folder?.

That's enough to get rid of the plugin, but there may be other components of the software installed elsewhere. You should try to find an uninstaller for each piece of software in question, but if you're unable to find one, removing the plugin from either of those folders would be the best bet.
