Is iCloud server down again as my documents in the cloud doesn't seem to work lately...

Work done in Pages and Numbers doesn't seem to upload to the cloud which starts to get really annoying as since it doesn't upload to the cloud, guess what it doesn't load either. This is the same whether iWork done on either iOS or Mac. iCloud server says everything is working normally which is confusing as I haven't changed any setting on either my Mac or iOS devices. Went to my iCloud account online, deleted a couple of old iWork docs to see if it'll get updated elsewhere and nothing happen. Reinstalled Pages on my iPad to see if it'll go back to normal, enabled documents in the cloud( or use iCloud) and still nothing... Anyone else having this issue?
