Is using AirPrint drivers on windows legal?

I found many articles about using some software tools on windows operating systems to enable printing on any shared printer using iPad AirPrint

But I did not found an official tool for that nor a silos product advertising , all are blogs and forums that I do not trust

So, is using these tools legal, and if so can you give me a list of available AirPrint Drivers, free or with a reasonable cost?
