In iOS Safari, I've lost the option to view 'Top Sites'

Hey all,

You know that when you create a new tab in iOS6 Safari for iPad, a page pops up with '+' signs to which you can attach pages. It's a mobile version of the desktop Safari's Top Sites, right?

Except on mine I've lost this. Ever since I mistakenly clicked on a site's button saying 'make this page your homepage', I now only see a blank screen when I create a new tab instead.

Can anyone suggest a way for me to get the previous type of page back please?

Safari doesn't have the 'top sites' like you have on a Mac or PC, clicking on the '+' just gives you a new empty tab.

Yes, I've seen this reply to other people who've asked a similar question, but I can swear that until yesterday I was seeing a page with '+' signs on it when I opened a new tab.

And I'm running Safari on iPad with iOS6.0.1...

Just saying is all...

Do you have any other browsers on your iPad ? I think that the Chrome browser may have that feature.

I use Atomic Web on my iPhone, so I've been using it a bit on the iPad too.

I do like the Cloud Tabs and other new features of Safari, but I have to admit that it is not as configurable as other browsers, and it ***** at ad blocking compared to Atomic Web...
