Problems burning DVD within FCP X

I have a FCP X project that is 1 hour and 46 min long. I'm just trying to burn a simple DVD from it, so I insert a single layer disc (from same stack that burned a successful smaller test of this same project), I then choose File/Share/DVD and have tried setting the "Layers" option to "Automatic" as well as "Single-Layer". The project renders, does it's stuff, creates the ac3 and m2v files, ejects my single layer disc and says to me:
