Opening .img files

Opening .img files

Hi:

I have plety of .img files from my old G4 running Mac Os 9.2

Everytime I try to open one I get a "non recognized file" message. Does anybody know how to open them?

I believe there was a little utility that came with OS9 called "Disk Copy" that you may still have in your Classic Environment that opens disk image files. It's only 1 MB in size.

The thing is that I have a G5 and I don't know if I can install Mac Os 9. I am lost 😟
