iBook G4 PPC can run on new Lion?

I have the old white iBook G4 power PC. I have no clue what power PC means, but I don't like it. I can't download/update anything.
I can't update Flash player, iTunes, get Photoshop, Firefox, AIM, I can't get any of that. My Mac is running on Snow Leopard, I think? But I was wondering if I could have it run on the new Lion, without a disk or something. I don't have the money to buy a whole CD for it. Everytime I try and download older versions, it still won't let me!

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.0.1, iTunes, iBook G4
