1st December I warned that iTunes 11 was a sign to sell your Apple shares. It seemed people listened ... shares plummeted a month later.....lol

Seriously, either Apple do not read these 45,000 posts and really don't care about their existing customers (sell your shares) or they do read them and can't figure how to offer a solution (sell your shares). Forget organising your music, I still can't even rate or categorise the hundreds of apps I've downloaded. Useless.

Frankly, iTunes 11 is geared purely to try and sell you media but not enjoy the media you own (or have just purchased). The game is given away when all the contributors to this discussion say they have to buy more apps to make itunes half-palatable. Hmmm, suspicious.

We iTunes customers and users are that rare breed: people not using torrents and pirate websites. Come on Apple - look after us or Samsung will!

Been living with this downgrade for a month or two. Still VERY unhappy. Miss the album flow, and many of the funtions that I used. In song view you don't even have a visual picture of what album you are clicked on. When you get information on songs or albums that too is all screwed up. This downgrade has made iTune much harder to navigate.

VERY UNHAPPY. 😟

That jumping back to "A" (or in my case to the very first song in whichever listing view I'm in) is the first issue I noticed. Yes. Yes. Many @"$#¥ words when this happens!!

I have made the decision to live with 11...for now. The reason is I had upgraded three apple 'puters back when 11 was released. It would be too much of a pain to revert everything back now. I am, however, looking for a solid alternative and will likely make such a choice over the next month. Unless apple brings back the great things in 10 that 11 did away with. At the very least, at this point, they should release a stable update which literally allows the user to decide if they want the 10 or 11 version, and if 10 is selected, everything is convertted back, but your dbase is not lost of all that was input prior to the upgrade to 11.

Wow, Thank you Nathan!! I down loaded the old iTunes but now with the new one being on the system. It can't put the old on. I'm looking at picking up a larger external - then I can delete the old and add the new/old one! :D. Thank you. Is there any way I can do a trial run with say a new user's account to make sure it works? Before I delete the new-new iTunes.?.?

By any chance could you help me with my next issue.? My mac book pro is 7yrs old they won't let me update past snow leopard :(. So I haven't been able to get iCloud for it. They say I have to get a new processor... :(. I'm 500km away from the nearest mac store. I would Love to have iCloud work for my computer! Is there any way?? Shipping it away for the work isn't an option.

Thank you! You rock

Shan
