This thread appears to be shut down, and has disappeared from the forums. (update, I see it back up again... maybe Apple invoked a "cooling off" period?)
It's too bad that one person chose to derail an otherwise civil and productive discourse. Nice chatting with you all, hope you all get iTunes11 working in a way that you find satisfactory. I've seperately sent feedback to Apple regarding artwork. Perhaps ichat's Mommy and Daddy will take his computer away before he corrupts any more threads. (yes, that's a deliberate and well deserved "attack".)
Be good all.

"for those who may be new to this thread and wonder what all the ruckus is about - it's simple.. one particular, apparently lonely and semi-literate person called ichat somethng, keeps insisting that he/she is genuinely tryin g to help people with their problem and simply cannot grasp why he/she is not being gratefully received. For a while, when I was bored, I tried reasoning - tried, as many others have done - to get him/her to understand that there is NO help being offered to the actua issues that we raise.... and there are lots and lots of childish insults directed towards those of us who do not wish to accept gibberish as help....
For a while, he/she and I stopped.. and I haven't thrown my twocents into the ring for several pages now... but I still get email updates and it's clear that this person is simply not going to go away.. and not going to stop harassing other members for simply stating their preferences.
Might I suggest that we/you all simply ignore this person and his/her childish and boorish comments.
It is clear that many of us have issues with the updates to a program that we each use in our own disparate ways, and it is also clear that SOME PEOPLE simply cannot grasp the concept of publicly voicing our complaints in this APPLE thread, in the reasonable hope that, as it grows, SOMEBODY at Apple will see it and understand our issues and correct the mistake.
On that note, I read a few comments back that there has been an udate which apparently restores some functions to version 11 which had previously been removed... although I assume that the intial issues which started this thread still exist. So, I thank those who are brave/determined enough to keep trying this wretched update and hope that further future updates will be brought to our attention.
Meanwhile, be assured that MOST people here are considerate and genuinely trying to help, and pay no attention to lonely folk with a axe to grind and a wish for the spotlight."
